Poor & Dishonest Service
Withdrawal process took over 2 months which is 40 business days. From 2024/09/01 till 2024/11/04. 10X promised a maximum of 21 business days to complete the withdrawal process. I shared my frustration here and they had the audacity to remove my review. Just shows the kind of business this is. I would not recommend their services. They are so eager to take your money but when it comes to paying, they will drag it out.

We received the updated bank details on Sunday, 3rd November, allowing us to complete the claim and initiate the payment this morning.
