Pension payout

Good day,

I've been misinformation by one of the consultant.

I've been an administrator for years, I was the one distributing all the pension withdrawal documents to my head office. Most of the employee's complained about the duration of their payouts, I've decided to make follow up with regards so that I get my payouts soonest. I've submitted my pension withdrawal forms to our HR department on the 3rd of October and on the 14th I've sent an email to to the claims department at 10x and was informed that I'll get the money within 14 days by Edwina B. Today is the 14th day as per information from the consultant and I haven't received anything. Can you kindly double check if all documents provided are 100%.
