Over three email interactions, I've still not received the correct document. Like pulling teeth!

We apologise for the frustration caused by the incorrect document being sent to you previously and for the need to follow up.
The correct 2026 tax certificate for the period 1 March 2025 to 28 February 2026 was originally emailed to you on 29 May 2026. We have also resent the certificate to you today for your convenience.
Your Unit Trust is administered by Prescient Financial Services (PFS), and the Unit Trust tax certificate is therefore not currently available to download directly from My10X.
We appreciate your frustration and apologise that we did not resolve your query more efficiently when you first contacted us. We trust that the certificate resent today resolves the matter.
