Opening RA and Preservation Fund account with 10X

I have now opened both a RA account and a Preservation Fund account with 10X, and both experiences are absolutely seamless, with the online application very simple to understand and intuitive and with everything being done electronically it is a quick and efficient. With opening the Preservation Fund account, I did interact with with staff from 10X to guide me in the process of transferring from a previous fund. Brett was very helpful and professional and a pleasure to work with. All and all, I will give 10X, ten out of ten for customer experience.
