No truth in their payout time frame
Requested a withdrawal from my 2pot, they said I should receive my funds within 7days (online application) while others are getting their funds. When you call in, they can't even give you an exact update on how far you are in the application process, all they tell you is still in process and that's all they can tell you, no sms/email updates.
Your communication to your clients is of such poor standards.
