No service at all

I have been calling in abd being transfered but no answer. No help. After email inquiry, they gave me the same number i have been calling. Option 3 but no one is there.

I want to know status of my withdrawal. And the stories i am hearing on here are scary i am starting to think i might not get my money at all.

I withdrew and i know nothing about the status of my withdrawal cos no one wants to tell me.
