Mixed Experience: Strong Start, Then Radio Silence
I was assisted by two consultants, one for details about transferring my retirement funds and the other for completing additional documentation. My experience with the first was excellent. The second consultant flagged missing items from my application and sent me forms required by my current financial provider, Liberty. I submitted the signed forms and some questions 11 days ago but have not received any confirmation or update on the status of my application. I understand there could be a valid reason for the delay, such as leave or other unforeseen circumstances, and I hope that’s the case.
