Like any investment company, it's fine until you need your own money
Like any investment company, it's fine until you need your own money. I submitted a two pot withdrawal request TWO MONTHS ago and have since made a series of calls being thrown from pillar to post. Literally never recieved any feedback unless I called again. Not to mention that if you select their two pot specific phone line they will never answer or call you back. Anyway the latest call was another made up reason just passing the blame onto someone else (now named Esther). After jumping through hoops for 2 months and being told that I would be paid numerous times. I am tired of these people. Pathetic service filled with ****s who are comfortable holding onto funds that don't belong to them.
