I'll admit, I'd started to think 10X's ultra-low fees came with a hefty price: subpar support service. My recent experience transferring my son's TFSA from Ninety One seemed to confirm my suspicions... until Mr. Kamva Maholwana entered the scene.
Kamva, you're the MVP of 10X's support team! Your professionalism and class are a breath of fresh air. You're the Michael Jordan of customer service - but even MJ needed his trusty sidekick, Scottie Pippen.
10X, take note: Kamva is your ace, but he needs a solid team behind him to truly shine. Kamva, keep up the fantastic work! I hope 10X recognizes your value and rewards your exceptional service. You deserve it
