How can my dashboard not be fixed???

I really want to love this company, both the unit trust and RA I have with them i have no complaints. The TFSA however has been hell. I swear its been two years with back and forth with many different consultants. I merged all my TFSA into one single account and since that point nothing has worked. My contribution amount is not correct and I have no idea how much I have contributed. In February i contributed an additional R13000 and magically this full amount is now showing on my growth with R0 change in my contribution amount. The more I beg advisors the more i get told it is made a priority. After 2 years I honestly don't know if this can be fixed and I'm strongly contemplating moving my full portfolio to sygnia. Lastly I set up a debit order of R3000 monthly, nothing went off this month. I am frustrated and tired
