Happy with the Service and The Fund Itself
Moved from Sanlam for my RA, who were to be honest pretty **** with service and advise, I was passed around like a hot potato. 10x helped me move across fairly easily, they don't get 5 stars however as they had a lapse in comms during the process which could have been easily avoided. Now lets get on to the business: Fund performance has been good already, the Sanlam product was pretty ****. Bottom line, 10x is great, Sanlam (for me) wasn't :)
