10X has been superb. The interactions have always been professional. They consistently give feedback and engage and even try answer or resolve issues with my current/previous fund administrator (and they have been terrible). My funds have not yet been transferred, but based on my experience of 10X thus far - I am very glad I chose them to look after me and my future.
