After a few months, I withdrew my RA because I got another job and they offered a pension fund. The withdrawal was also a really smooth process. Now that I'm interested in taking on an RA again, I went right back to 10x because they offered great customer service each time. Online application was quick and convenient. Customer service is also very responsive on the phone and via email. I am 100000% happy with them and would recommend to anyone.
