Excellent service. Easy to use portal

I found out about 10x at a pensions conference and I said I must save my money with them. Brett and I have been chatting about an RA for about 2 years now, I had many questions which he politely answered. He did not bombard me with communication neither did he force me. He checked in every now and then via email. Finally- this year I was in a position where I could start saving R500 towards retirement each month. It’s been two months. The portal is so simple and easy to use. I dislike portals that are complicated and busy. I love the practical illustrations on their website that explains facts and figures in a simple manner. I love the giraffe. I also love that their fees are the lowest in the market which means more money in my pocket.
