Efficiency 10X
Received a fast response after requesting a comparative quote on the internet. Brett called me and was helpful and obliging in giving me various quote options on retirement ages. He followed up and was prompt. The portal site with my details was activated and I am kept in the loop. Received a courtesy call from a 10X agent on the name of their agent who was handling the transfer. I find them to be efficient and on top of their game. Competitors should take a leaf out of their book. Wish I joined 10X years before!!
