DOESN'T PAY OUT CLAIMS!
I have put in a claim with my prevouse employer to 10x investment for a provident fund payout after termination of employment on the 26 Feb. I was given a 6 weeks turn around time, after turn around time i have been calling the fund every day to get an update and i would be told different stories , i need to call and make a follow up and only when after i asked if tax directive was app**** that they decided to apply for it, i had to call and ask if they got results from SARS, thats when i was told they did and it is in payout stage.
From than i called still on daily basis and ask if payment was done, i am given different date, Even the claims team leader failed to ad-hear to her promise to call me and give me an update as "their payment system was down".
The whole company is unprofessional in regard to how they handle claims, and they can never stick to their turn around time as given. Nobody knows what is happening.

I received feedback on the status of your claim.
You left the service of your employer at the end of February 2018. The February contributions received from your employer for February had to be invested before your claim could be actioned, and these contributions were only invested on the 27th March 2018.
Only after the fund value is disinvested, can a tax directive be app**** for. The directive was returned from SARS, and I received confirmation that payment as per your instruction is scheduled for today. You will receive correspondence from the claims team, setting out the breakdown of the payment, as well as a copy of your tax directive.
