Dispointing Service
The most disgusting service ever been waiting for my pension fund payout. First last contribution was received but not allocated it took 10x 2 weeks to allocate my last contribution, after that it took them 1 week to invest the money and now it's taking them 1 week to deinvest the pension fund. How long will it take them to send it to SARS? Whenever I phone I hear the same story over and over and yet all my paperwork was submitted in July.. I won't recommend this company as a investment company to anyone. I was informed it will take 14 working days for the pension fund to payout after the last contribution that statement is untrue.

On initial investigation, I can confirm that your last contribution was received from your employer on the 16th August 2019. The claim process cannot be initiated while you have outstanding contributions to be allocated to your fund credit. I will provide feedback on the status of your withdrawal as soon as I receive the information from the claims administrator.

On initial investigation, I can confirm that your last contribution was received from your employer on the 16th August 2019. The claim process cannot be initiated while you have outstanding contributions to be allocated to your fund credit. When will my funds be deinvested? I am not prepared to wait months for my pension fund after all it is my money. And after being told it takes 14 days I do expect my fund to have been paid already.
