Complain with 10x investment

I have problem with 10x investment I've been email them, calling them but it seems like they taking my queries for granted. I understanding the burden we have due to covid 19 but now it's seems they don't want to assist me.

I've been claiming for provident fund with them and they told me SARS returned the application due too wrong income tax reference, I've called SARS and they told me the tax reference is correct. I informed 10x investment consultant that I've spoke to SARS and she told me they'll get back to me last week Wednesday but still no reply. Since march my application was send to them and seems like there's no sense of urgency.

What's going on really, Do they understand how urgently I need this fund. My colleagues I've app**** with have longed got their provident fund and I'm waiting here for a company that doesn't respond to my emails. I need some clarification on this please ASAP fix this
