Can't even submit my fund transfers to SARS after 14 months
Can I please come and help you to submit a ROT01. My funds were transferred last year September.
I had to ask where the submission is a couple of months ago. I was told that the submission failed Each week I get promised that it will be submitted but then the upload fails.
Why not just call SARS and ask what is wrong? Submitting such a form should be a basic function of a pension fund administrator. This delay is costing me time and money.
I will not recommend 10X to anybody I know
