Big fan of 10x!

I have been a 10X client for about two years and although this review is a little late after becoming a client, I want to commend 10X for doing such an amazing job - both when I signed up and now when I’ve had queries during the Covid period. When I signed up I knew very little about investing and the investment consultant did such a great job in explaining things simply to me and making me feel like human and not just another sale! The onbording experience was fantastic and although I did everything online (which is what attracted me to the business) I never felt alone and I had a service person check in and welcome me. They also did all the communication and processing with my previous provider which was a huge weight off my shoulders. I felt supported throughout the process.

Fast forward two years and I’ve been so pleased with the performance of the fund. I can check my fund balance and info any time on their client website and I’m sent regular newsletters and bits and bobs with interesting tips and articles. I needed to make a change to my monthly contribution (Covid reality) and the support lady made me feel heard and she supported me in my decision! I feel Motivated to get back to my original contribution when I am able to.

I am shocked to see negative reviews about this business on Hello Peter. I guess people only review when they’re upset and we don’t get to see the hundreds of happy clients. So here’s a review for 10X that I hope serves as a thank you to them and encouragement that they’re doing so well and showing up the big guys who rip us all off!
