BEST RA OPTION BUT STAFF ARE SLOW TO RESPOND

I think 10X is the best option in the market as their low fees save money over the long term. Their site is user friendly and the portfolio is clear! My only compliant is slow reponses from staff. I have dealt with them for two accounts and I had to constantly follow up as there were two weeks in between communication which really is unacceptable.
