BAD SERVICE FROM 10x

I am highly dissatisfied with the level of service I am from 10x, I left my previous employer in June 2018 and its been almost 4 months but my claim hasn’t been finalised. I have been calling 10x repeatedly (atleast twice a week)and no proper feedback is given to me instead my details are always taken for Iman to get back to me and no call or reply has been received.made a follow up on email dated 01/10/2018 bu and no aknowledgememt from them.

I phone again earlier to ask about status of the claim and transfer and details were taken to pass on to Tamsy du Plessis, who has not bothered to call me back. Instead they are telling me all sorts of stories. I need my claim and transfer to be finalized asap
