Bad feedback
I have repeatedly been given the run around by 10X...it seems they are incapable to deal with a tax error they have made on my tax form IRP5, which is going to cost me if not corrected!

I still don't however understand why SARS has to be engaged with if this is purely a 3rd party edit on the tax form? SARS has informed me that once the info is amended, it takes 24-48 hours to reflect?

I have been sent a revised IRP5 on Monday, 6th October, but even by today, Friday the 10th there is no correction on my tax form. This is urgent, please check with your service provider that they are dealing with this!!

Does 10X have any proof of submission of my revised IRP5?
There should be a proof of an EMP 501 re-submission related to this IRP5.
If so, please send me a copy.

There is still no change on my ITR12, despite all the promises made here, but it may be that SARS is taking their time if the form was in fact submitted to them.
I still do not know where the bottleneck in the process is or who is responsible, but I have run out of time waiting for the correct IRP5 to be reconciled on my ITR12.
This has taken 2 and a half months now, please sort this out!
