10x it totally unresponsive
Client services simply do NOT respond. I completed documentation to add funds to a Living Annuity, and mailed documentation to client services and *** NO RESPONSE. Two days later I email client services to ask for confirmation that documentation has been received. NO RESPONSE. Completed their online form - NO RESPONSE. Call their 021 number, GET CUT OFF. Called again and get told that call center can't actually do anything, but that they will get someone to contact me. STILL WAITING. I will be withdrawing all my funds.

Also, the agent at 10x that I spoke to this morning told me that I WOULD be contacted by the person responsible for the onboarding - still waiting!
