10X Is Horrible

I submitted my claim on the 21st of February and I still have not recieved it. I sent emails no response. And when I call I get told next week.

I called last week Wednesday I was told it would be submitted by end of the week. I must follow up today. Today I call and I am being told it will be done by the end of this week and I must call back next week. This is by far the worst service ever.

You guys are playing hiding seek with a claim worth such a small amount. I thought mine would be the easiest but wow it is taking so long.

We are going on 2 months and still nothing. And from the reviews playing hide and seek with peoples moneys seems to be your thing I see. I WANT MY MONEY.
