10X Great service

I have been dealing with 10X for a few years now and have never been disappointed with their service. I needed tot move my RA from one of the 'Big' non performing, high cost providers and once I provided them with the details, they ran with it till fulfilment. Since then, I have dealt with them on a number of occasions, by various means....the automated acknowledgement e-mail is quickly followed up by a personal e-mail or phone call.....and when you dial them and made your pick on the automated options, your call is quickly picked up by the relevant, knowledgeable and courteous staff member to assist. If they promise to phone you back, they actually do!! On the 21st of this month, I went through their online portal to arrange for a new TFSA and by the 22nd, after the documentation and payment was completed, they advised that my funds will reflect within 2 business days.....I won't be surprised if everything is done and dusted by the 23rd. With them, you are not just another number!
