10x funds not paid out in 21 working days seems they are stalling the process
I resigned from my work place my last working date was 30th of April 2022, I have requested my 10x balanced provident fund be paid out. 10x says they pay out within 21 working days if there is no issues with SARS after numerous email correspondence and battling to get someone to reply and no funds yet I have yet again had to send an email to find out that now there is a SARS issue. My question why do they not let me know so today is the 22nd of June no funds yet and now I have to confirm my Tax number. How long must I wait now, most of us rely on the funds to live, not impressed with the service I have with them.
