10x did not declare money paid to me with sars

10x paid me my retirement annuity lump sum, but they did not summit Irp5 to Sars that is what Sars told me and I then called 10x about the issue and they keep on saying the will submit but everytime I check nothing has been submitted and now tax season is about to be due. Summiting that document cannot be that difficult

It's been a month going to second month and nothing has happened, I can't file my tax returns because they haven't declared the the money they paid me with Sars. The are making my life difficult the next thing I'll be getting penalties from Sars because of them.
