10x always has always excuses on withdrawals
Every time I request a withdrawal there is alway a delay or hassle. Why why? Even now it’s 7 days since I request a withdrawal but still nothing why?

We can confirm that your TFSA redemption request was received; however, the original form submitted included bank account details that did not match the investor’s name. In line with regulatory and *****-prevention protocols, we are unable to proceed with payments to third-party accounts.
Once the updated form with correct account details was received, the redemption was submitted for processing. Our team is currently finalising this, and you will be notified as soon as payment has been made.
