10 x Investments Empty Promises

I have had the worse most disgusting experience with 10X Investments. My Claim was submitted on 06 May. as per their website it states "Claims will be paid out within 14 - 21 working days After documentation is submitted" I followed up with them long after 21 days and I was told to phone back the following week as it is in process, I called back TWO WEEKS later only to be told that my documentation is still in process and it was marked urgent and someone would call me back which no one ever did. I called 10 x Investments again this morning spoke to an agent and asked her how long after my documentation is received will my claim be paid out, I was told 2 - 4 weeks, I then give her my details and ask her why my claim hasn't been paid out as it is well over 2 - 4 Weeks, and I am told. "your claim is in process, please phone back on Monday" they never respond to emails and there is never a manager available. So what is 10 x Investments actually holding onto MY money for. If my problem is not sorted out Today, I am happy to seek Legal advise.
