Zubér helped quickly and kept his word

All my websites were down and this had me and my clients very stressed. I opened a ticket but the first agent basically just said there are no issues, af if I'm imagining it. The second agent whom I spoke to on the phone, said he'd look into it and get back to me, but never did. Then after approx 40 hours of downtime, I phoned again and spoke to Zubér.
