Zolani Matsolo of 1-grid offered me excellent service today; the kind that epitomizes patience, compassion, transparency, and cheerfulness!

After unknowingly purchasing too many products that overlapped in service offerings, I called the 1-grid support line to seek assistance with setting up my email. Little did I know that I would receive a comprehensive service offering that not only saved me time, but saved me a significant amount of money that would have gone to waste.

I sincerely hope that the 1-grid management is aware that Zolani is a true gentleman! Patient and kind to people he has never met. Because of him, I look forward to going the long haul with 1-grid.
