Zero Customer Service and Constant Server Issues!

Dealing with 1-grid has been a complete disaster. If you value your business and your sanity, think twice.

Here's a breakdown of my 1-grid odyssey over the last few months:

Non-existent Customer Service: Trying to get help is like shouting into a void. Support tickets are routinely closed without resolution, and phone calls are met with endless waiting loops and abrupt disconnections. Constant Server Problems: My website has been plagued by repeated timeouts and snail-paced loading times. This has directly impacted my business, pocket and customer experience. Zero Communication: I've received absolutely no proactive communication about the ongoing server issues and absolute lack of client service. I had to phone countless times (and waste endless hrs) Empty Promises: I've been repeatedly told that the problems would be fixed, but nothing changes.

1-grid has shown a complete lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers. The constant server issues and complete absence of customer support have caused significant damage to my business (and sense of humor), Their “system” and management is absolutely sub-par. Am sure I am going to be told again ”that they will look into it” – but then again, what’s new?
