Zaheer Walley restored my faith in 1-Grid

I've been very frustrated with the outage this week as I'm a reseller and my clients are all upset. Emails to Pro Support get returned with a generic, one-size-fits-all message which makes it clear that they didn't even read the message, and just assume it's outage related. Chats go unanswered except for the automated message. Calls take approximately 15 minutes just to get through to Support. So not been impressed lately, although I understand they're doing what they can. However, my telephonic interaction with Zaheer Walley was an absolute pleasure as he was professional, patient and extremely helpful. He restored my faith in 1-Grid and deserves 5 Stars.
