Worst service I have ever experienced with a hosting company
I moved my websites over to a VPS server with 1-grid only to have issues that have not been resolved. I spent now days back and forth with a consultant at 1-Grid who does not get back to me when promised. I have 3 clients mail clients unable to send for over 3 days now and counting - I cannot get through to support, ive sent countless emails and support tickets unsolved.
My clients are threatening to leave my services because of 1-Grid.
