Worst NON-Existent Service EVER!!!!!
If i could go lower, I would. Client domain was suddenly rerouted elsewhere after years of working. After numerous calls and ticket logging, we eventually got it sorted ourselves, albeit 24hrs later. They then have the nerve to email me 2 days later stating they have addressed the issue and all is working fine. Will definitely be moving away from these guys. Support is non existent.
