Worst isp ever

I purchased my domains from this company when they were called webafrica. Service was good and got support. For the past few years now I have been paying this company however my website is down and no one is willing to support me. I created on Wordpress but I do not have the know how to maintain it. They not willing to help and pass the buck .....many calls email to mess me around then it all stops. I want my website which I have been paying you for years or I want my full refund as you not willing to help
