Worst Hosting Provider / Hands down the worst support

Worst Hosting Provider ever! Emails been down now for 2 days. They do not respond to any support tickets. You have to stay on the phone for hours just to find out that they are working on the issue. No feedback or notifications whatsoever. Please stay away from these unprofessional people! I wonder if they are still in business
