Worst hosting provider ever
1-Grid is the worst hosting provider i ever came across. Their service and support is pathetic. I have 2 domains hosted with them and on friday last week their response times were very slow. I logged a ticket with them and got no response. Only for somebody to send me an email yesterday saying that it is responding fast right now. What good was that when the problem was on friday. Also my emails are not working. As a startup business it is very important that my emails work as i am currently liaising with suppliers but I cannot send emails to half of my suppliers as they return saying that my email IP isnt allowed. I logged a ticket for that also and it was marked as LOW priority. I sent an email querying this and got no response. This morning when i checked the ticket it is now closed. With no feedback and my emails are still not working. That is really pathetic.
