Worst Host

1-Grid keeps deleting my negative review. Shame.

We've been a 1-Grid customer for years. Not because we chose them but because we were handed over to them when our previous hosting provider closed their doors. I'm not sure why we've stayed with them for so many years because the service has never been good.

Our websites are always slow. We constantly get server errros. I have complained so many times and nothing ever gets done about it. I am a web designer and have now dealt with 12 different website hosts and I promise 1-Grid is the worst I've used. When I am logged in to Wordpress dashboard and I want to change from one tab to another, it can take 8 minutes to load...

The wait time for live chat support is ridiculous. I generally wait anywhere between 5 minutes to 45 minutes for each reply. A conversation with them generally spans over 40 minutes to 2 hours, I generally leave the chat because the person on the chat is not helpful enough and the chat has already gone on way too long.
