Without words about the Service
Like the subject says, I really don't know what to say.
I've been reading through the comments and people are surprising me, a lot of good things to say but then there is a lot of people that have bad things to say, unfortunately I'm one of them.
I've been through 4 transition and I can honestly say, I'm sick & tired of all the things happening from JCW Hosting (Was the best hosting company ever), WebAfrica, Hostgrid and now 1-Grid. I can see I'm not the only one that complains about the bad service they got, I'm pretty shocked.
I've been asking really simple things and getting worthless replies and sometimes, listen to this, not even a reply which is happening quite often lately.
I'm not moving, not going to give 1-Grid any joy of that, I want as service as I'm part of them.
There is a long list of stuff I can mention but I'm not even sure if anyone will respond to this?
Hopefully other people sees this and I'm 180% sure I'm not the only one that feels like this.
