When a Warrior exists in 1-grid

To in-trust and believe in a company as a third party item in the business process is always a risky business and being a Systems engineer requiring certain processes to run smoothly we need to relinquish the trust of certain tasks in the hands of others.

1-Grid you have this person I can in-trust in always ensuring my issues are resolved. About a month ago during the season of skeleton staff I experienced an issue regarding SSL renewals and was extremely worried as we all know that skeleton staff are always under pressure during the festive seasons and can't always give their best when it comes to support.

Was i mistaken when Geffin Jones proved my theory wrong and assisted me to the best of his ability where it resulted in a quick resolution and a smooth transition from my end. then two days ago a similar scenario occurred and due to my fear of the process failing I attempted to contact Geffin directly through the 1-grid ticket system and low and behold the warrior appeared ready to handle my issue and now as I type in Development environment the system is ready for the transition month end all thanx to the swift responses ( and I mean swift , this guy was responding faster than I could keep up), so I think the world should know of the quality 1-grid support posses and especially the quality in this individual.
