Went through a bad patch, but recently seem o be getting better.

In the past had poor service from them, but my last two interactions with them have been very good - hopefully they are sorting things out. In particular Zuber Khan helped me out with an issue relating to upgrading to PHP and gave really good service

I don't like how they try charge extra for basic things like SSL and backups though - otherwise would be 4 stars.
