Website unavailable at night, and unavailable outside of the country
For the past days I have been raising tickets that I can not access my website at NIGHT, and also my customers can not access the website OUTSIDE OF THE COUNTRY.
Each time I raise this ticket I am dismissed and told that there is nothing wrong, the website is available. I must check internet connection.
I am definitely not stupid and my customers are not stupid. There is definitely a big problem because this issue has been ongoing for the last 2 weeks, if you check my previous tickets you will see that I have raised this issue multiple times.
I demand this issue to be escalated and fixed NOW. I am tired of being dismissed as if I am stupid. I am losing customers and losing traffic on my website.
I am not stupid.
THE ISSUE HAS GONE FROM BAD TO WORSE
Right now the website is not available even locally.
I have angry customers on my case, I am losing money and every second of being offline.
What a pathetic service.
I TRIEED TO CALL THE CALL CENTRE AND IT SAYS "THERE ARE NO AVAILABLE AGENTS AT THE MOMENT" I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO.
