Website Still Not Live and Email Service Still Unavailable

I am extremely disappointed with 1Grid’s lack of response to my previous complaint. It has been several days since I published my website, yet it’s still not live. In addition, the basic email package I paid for remains inaccessible.

What’s worse is that my initial complaint was completely ignored, no feedback, no update, and no resolution. This level of service is unacceptable for a company that claims to offer reliable web hosting.

I expect urgent action and clear communication to resolve both the website publishing and email service issues immediately.
