Website issue failed to be resolved by 1-grid.
I am very disappointed with the appauling service I have recived with 1-grid. My website has been down since 16 February. I have logged a ticket and tried to call numerous times to have this issue resolved. Three agents have responded and advised they were resolving the issue uptodate it has not been resolved. What makes it more frustrating is that they failed to resolve the issue and they are closed over the weekend, while I am unbale to do my work this of this issue. This is unacceptable.

23 Feb 2026, 07:27Hi, They have not resolve the issue since 16 February. I do not need further assistance. I need them to resolve the issue I log a ticket for. When they reached out they were supposed to tell me the problem has been resloved, but it is not.

24 Feb 2026, 16:14Good afternoon, my issue has not been resolved fully. Richard said he will call me once it has been resolved yesterday. I sent an email this morning he responded that the website was up. He did not call like he promised. The SSL is still not app****. I still do not know if the website has been restored back to the original server. This is unacceptable. The lack of communication is really unprofessional and just angering.
