Website hacked
They are useless, my website was hacked 3 times now and everytime they tell me there's nothing they can do, but later on they say it is fixed, before this last time, they made me pay for extra security which I'm still paying for but my website is still hacked. I sent them clues about who may be behind this but I'm just ignored. I am mostly disappointed by their manager who last told me to give him a few day and it's been a month and he hasn't come back to me as promised. I need help desperately
