VPS managed service is bad!
Absolutely furious with your service. I have now lost a client due to your bad setup for managed VPS server. Also when trying to contact your support no one answers!
Please change what you allow and what you don't for managed VPS like your competitors do as this issue could have been solved if I have had access to certain features.
