Vinzenzo is the best!!!

After a rocky start with the call centre that resulted in two tickets being closed without resolution, the super hero who saved us with a website going down and a few emails not working was Vinzenzo!!! He was absolutely amazing and assisted us to the point of testing each email and making sure everything was up and running. In an industry where downtime impacts your income Vinzenzo was a life saver!!! What an asset to have in a support position!!!
