Very Bad Support

I logged a ticket on their system for their Support department to assist with my email.... more than a week has passed and still no solutoin.... I have commented on the support ticket every day but no-one is answering. I eventually wrote an email to Support asking them for assistance with the specific ticket and included the ticket number !!! No repsonse......
